Our Sales Reps had stacks of clinical data and marketing collateral for our suite of products and services for them to use at every call point. However it was nearly impossible to have the all the appropriate resources on-hand in all situations. Together with our Sales Support partners, we implemented user centered design methodologies to architect a Content Management System application for Reps to use on their company issued iPads. The result was an intuitive and dynamic CMS/presentation app that allowed easy access to clinical data and collateral to better facilitate a variety of dialogues with our customers.
